I brought my car in for service.

I brought my car in for service. NYS inspection. Sarah Richards assisted us. Kept us informed because there were issues with the inspection sticker machine. Internet was going in and our. We had to wait 3 hours but Sarah kept on top on the issue. Tha k you Sarah for your great customer service!

I am new to this area.

I am new to this area. Lia Toyota was my first stop in investigating the possibility of trading in my ailing 2014 Subaru. Brent Livingston assisted me and I was able to decide right then and there to proceed with a purchase. It is rare that I am comfortable enough to make such a big decision spontaneously. I had been having a strange noice whenever I stepped on

I had been having a strange noice whenever I stepped on my acceleration, Sarah Richards documented the noise which the other attendant didn't do, and made sure it was taken care of, it turned out to be my transmission! Big deal! She made sure everything turned out okay with my car. I am very happy with the job she is doing. Great job Sarah Richards.👍
