communication is key!

It took longer than I was expecting and they had to get a rental car, which surprised me. If I would have been informed that it could be a possibility prior to the repair that would have been better. Upfront communication is key!

Great service!

I was greeted when I pulled up in my 350 diesel. They were very courteous and I told them that I had an appointment. They wasted no time in getting my truck back to the mechanic. I waited what seemed like a very short time and was told my truck was ready. Randy,my service technician, was very professional and to me most important very likable!

Great Service/Poor Detail job on New vechile

2015 Ford Fusion. The service of the Salesman (Chad Vercher) and Finance manager (Stephen Jones) were excellent. They Went beyond and above for my wants and needs. Only thing I was not satisfied with was the detail of the car when I purchased it. It still had the sticky stuff on the inside of the window from the sales sticker and it still had dirt and dust on the inside of the car. That was my only issue. They need to do a better job with detailing these new vehicles when customers purchase them. It was dark when I ended up purchasing my vehicle so the inspection of the detail I couldn't barely see in the night. The next day in daylight is when I saw it and I even called the salesman (chad Vercher) and made him aware of it which he said for me to bring back in for another detail. It has rained the past 2 days so i am hoping that Chad ( the salesman) stands true to his work for another detail once I make it up there to have it redone. And I hope it is done correctly without any mishaps this second go around.
