Great service by all concerned.

My service rep, Randy Fletcher, was a great help and took care of all issues. The car looked great after the complementary was and the shuttle driver Martin Munoz was timely, professional and very polite.

Helpful Salesman. Found the truck that we wanted.

The dealership experience was great. Although the truck has a few cosmetic issues. And they are going to take care of those as well.

Mixed review, good overall

I was there on veterans day and received a free oil change which was great and unexpected. I also needed to have my tires rotated so asked them to do that and the low tire light was on so I asked if they could identify which one it was, they handed my car back with the light no longer on but did not identify the issue of a low tire. When I asked they said after rotating the tires the sensor went off so they couldn't tell. If I have a slow flat it would have been good to know, just a comment. Everything else was good, waiting area was clean, coffee ran out but water was cold and environment was welcoming.

Service was great and new facility is wonderful.

Took my Escape in for Recall repairs. Service Rep, George Hudson, was courteous, efficient and organized. I waited in their new customer service lounge - which I might add is wonderful. Repairs were made in a timely manner.

Very courteous with clean facilities

We have a ford F150 that gets a lot of mileage put on it. It carries our grandkids to different events as well as. Being our family travel vehicle. It is important that it is safe and reliable. Round Tree has helped with this and the staff is always courteous
