oil change

They are great I was comfortable they didn't take too long only thing is when I bought the car I should have got the place mats that went to my car not the cheap nast mats they give me really really upset about that

Vehicle Checkup

The service writer Kelly listened well, serviced the car just as we asked, extremely nice and polite. Vehicle was ready when we requested and because my wife had an appointment the morning we picked the vehicle up Kelly had already pulled it out front so she could hop in and go, while I settled the bill. Charges were very reasonable and I would highly recommend Rountree-Moore Ford service department.

Oil leak after oil change

I have had no issues with ford dealership itself. My last trip was due to an issue that occurred after my last oil change. The oil filter was loose and leaking oil. I understand this can happen occasionally, but be informative to your mechanics To be careful of this due to the fact of causing more issues for your clients and company .
