exellent service department

Very satisfied with service department . the dealership provided a rental vehicle while my f150 was being repared .

A good car buying experience

When I walked onto the car lot at Roundtree Moore dealership, I had no idea what kind of car I wanted to buy. Since they no longer made Pontiacs, which would have been my 1st choice, I came with an open mind. I feel fortunate that I was met on the lot by Russ. We looked at many different makes & models of 2014 cars. I knew I wanted a new car. Russ was a very thorough and knowledgeable salesman - no high pressure sales talk - and he listened intently as I described my needs and wants in a car. He was very patient & helpful and directed me in the right direction as I purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a new car to contact Russ, as he is a very good salesman and can make the car buying process a pleasure.

very easy to work with

Russ was very personable and honest throughout the process. I enjoyed working with him. It was worth the drive from Tallahassee to shop at Rountree Moore.

Russ makes car buying a pleasure

Russ met me at the door with a smile and firm handshake. I told him we were looking for a small car that would give us very good gas mileage. After looking at several models he showed me a 2015 Kia which we decided to buy. Russ made it a very enjoyable experience in dealing with Roundtree Moore. No hard pressure what-so-ever. He makes it feel like you are talking with a friend, not a salesman.

Great experience

Russ helped me with finding a car that fit my needs. I never felt pressured and felt like he was really concerned that I get what I wanted and could afford. Mike Kelley was able to get me better financing than the credit union had offered. He took a lot of time taking me around to the different locations searching for what I needed, and I'm very happy with the vehicle I ended up with. In fact, I plan on upgrading in about a year, and I will come to Rountree Moore first and most likely purchase a newer Kia Sorrento from you. Wendy Waldrop

Awesome customer service

I have a Ford Mustang. Randy and his staff did an excellent job with my repairs. When I picked up my car, they not only fixed it, but cleaned it too. I am an extremely happy customer!

I really enjoyed my salesman Matt, finance dept. and Mrs. Mary, i did not however enjoy another young man i meet there, but all issues were resolved the next day
