Great sales and maintenance service, poor detail

My salesman Kione Reynolds, was awesome. Even when I was difficult and unsure of the purchase he was so very patient and willing to put up with it all to make sure I got what was best for my family. Also, Donnie Rosbury from the Service department did an amazing job. He took the time to answer every question about the vehicle I was looking at. He came to me and was very professional in easing my mind. Also, I'm going to tell you, I made a few calls around town and because of his reputation (even his reputation with your competitors was impressive) I decided to make this deal. As a business you should take pride in the people you having representing your company. I have never had to make these major decisions on my own and had no clue as to what I was doing but I did my research to the best of my ability. I was impressed and based on that I made my purchase and will keep coming back. However, the detail people need a lesson on what it means to "earn your pay check". Before I became a stay at home mom I worked in Human Resources and know what it means to work for the company at the same time helping the people. It is their "job" to do the detail of any vehicle that is pulled down for them to do. Whether someone spends $40,000, $3,000 or does an even trade, they should take pride in who they are and do the job to the best of their ability. I was very displeased with the fact they only cleaned the dash and a few other visible things of my purchased vehicle. They never lifted the seats and cleaned the mess that was under them, they didn't clean out the very visible cubbies in the back, they didn't clean out the cup holders (nasty), they didn't really move or reach any area that otherwise didn't need a "quick" rub. I am very displeased with this performance and feel if they can't do the job they are paid to do then why pay them? Your competitors have excellent detail work and I will likely use them from now on. The "lack of duty" on their part doesn't look good on a company. I understand that in every thing we have tweaks to make and issues to resolve but the point of these surveys should be to resolve those issues and tweak those things to better the services of such a great company.
