Great experiance

We love the Transit accept for the ride. It is very hard. Not like a new car should be. You feel and hear every imperfection in the road. It is not like the model we test drove.

Super quick Oil change!!

I took my Ford Escape to the Rountree Moore Service center for an oil change. I didn't wait to be put into rotation for service, and the overall time for the service to be completed was very short.

Great service

2014 Ford Escape Service scheduler. Randi (female) was very professional with great customer service skills when making my appointment by phone. Service advisor Randy Fletcher has great customer service skills. Greeted me, got my car checked in, Listened to my concerns, showed me to waiting area. Offered complimentary ride if needed. Once service was done--took me to service area where we spoke with Technician Jim-who explained what was going on with my Escape and why. He then answered my questions in detail. These 2 men went Above their job--they didn't just tell me what was causing my concern--they showed me so I would understand and feel that they were interested in why I was there They expressed their thanks for us choosing Rountree Moore. I came in contact with another female service advisor who initially greeted me who was very helpful. Good Job to your service area-- with special thanks to Randy Fletcher and Jim for their customer care !!

Great Experience!

Great quick in and out for oil change. The Service tech behind counter was very professional,polite,friendly and kept me informed of my vehicle's status, He also seemed to be very happy with his job--which was very apparent by his constant smile....rare to see in today's world. The service on my truck was within the estimated time, with a quick check-out. I will return to this dealership for further service and recommend to my friends!

Service department

This service person was rude and cockey!! He thinks he owns this ford dealer!! Where is the bumper to bumper warranty? my mirror of my truck came off it was loose. in past few months my wife was taking to the service for oil change and tire rotation she forgot to tell them about the mirror and our life is busy with work. Then he said that because it has 27,522 miles (SO what does that have to do with it) what happened to the 36,000 miles warranty?? he kept telling me that I broke it and if I bought a new truck or not. So he emailed the ford company and they declined it! What is the warranty?? So he tells me it will cost me $113.00 why should I pay for this if I have warranty? They will lose more then me, because I will not bring my truck to do any service again... Also we been bring this truck in this service but never been charge $50.00 for a oil change Wow! I also called and left a message for the service manager and they did not return my call. Where is the customer service?
