LORI IS A PEOPLE PERSON

Second vehicle I have bought from Lori and I will buy from her again. I called her by phone and told her what I wanted and she found just the right vehicle. Lori had everything ready when I arrived including the financing with the payment I had ask for. Lori answered every phone call I made immediately and kept in close contact with me about everything. Lori gives me the best buying experience I have ever had. I did not have to walk all over the lot in the heat looking for what I wanted it was waiting for me at the front door. THANKS LORI

very helpful fair deal very nice

Yes we first seen our mercury mountaineer on rountree Moore website went to the dealer was greeted as we got there by Mr Mark he was very helpful to us and also has called 2 times to see if we are happy as we are we only drive Ford and only use Roundtree Moore service they're the best including Mr.Randy thanks again look forward to more business The Fletcher family

No Thanks---I have paid for the service I receive. Have suggested a number of times that a vacuuming of the driver side of vehicle would be appreciated by all customers, after receiving service....
