Kelly was great. and took care of all my needs.

I had my daughter take my face in for an oil change. And told her to call me when she got there and she did. The service writer took the info and when my daughter said I was on the phone and I would like to talk to him he said no he he was going to deal with her. When she went to pick my vehicle up he tried to charge her when I bought the car from you first oil change was to be free. I had to go back a second time to get Kelly to fix everything. Should never had to.

Great friendly personnal people work there.

I bought a Lincoln at the Nissan dealer shop.So being that it was a ford product, I took it to your ford dealer ship for service. And was diss appointed that I didnt get the first oil change free, because I didnt return to the Nissan dealership.I thought it was all round tree Moore.

New service area was much better than the old. Made an appointment for the afternoon and saved $10 on the oil change.

This dealer is a pathetic excuse of a dealer.

So, I brought my truck here for warranty and as luck would have it the warranty company refused to cover my truck. So I finally got some money to fix it and it takes them three weeks to get it running and one day I stopped by to check on my truck and somebody from their shop had decided to use my truck as a parts truck and pulled a computer module out from behind the back seat. And it has been three weeks since I asked about it and nobody will give me an answer on what happened and why they let parts get stolen off my truck. They called me the other day saying my truck is finished and to come pick it up. When I opened the door even though the key was not in it, the radio was playing music and my door locks didn't work. It has been almost a week since then and everytime I talk to them about it they say "it'll be done tomorrow" tomorrow comes and no change. So the day finally arrived when they said it was done and I went to pick the truck up and the spare tire was missing and a plug is missing from the rear end and oil is leaking everywhere. They told me that they cannot do anything about it. They as in tue service manager Donnie.
