Great service and helpful staff

At the first moment that I got there the staff was very courteous and the application process was very smooth. The agent that helped us directly was very helpful.

Knowledgable and effective sales team.

I went "Window Shopping" on a Sunday when I thought that your dealership was closed. It turned out that you were open. Which, that makes sense because most people are off on the weekends and like to look around at that time.

Amazing service

When coming in for a regular oil change and having the car inspected before the service advisor noticed a dent in my fender, when picking the car up, the dent was gone! I am so thankful for them fixing it!

Great service knowledgeable personell

We enjoyed our visit and everyone was as nice and knowledgeable about everything we asked about. We were comfortable about purchasing a Ford vehicle. We were not Ford people at first, now we are.

Great Service/Kez is great

our car buying experience with Rountree Moore began on the internet followed by Saturday morning phone calls and text from manager Karen...after talking with Karen a few times (she was great)...she turned us over to Kez...Kez was awesome with helping us to get the numbers and payment where we wanted before we ever left town...it was understood that we would not be going to Lake City making a blank trip or just because we have nothing to do...once we heard what we wanted...off to Lake City...once there...Karen and Kez did not disappoint...they worked to make sure things went smoothly and that we were satisfied with our purchase..go see Kez if you want a great deal on your next vehicle...
