I had a part replaced on my vehicle about 2 months ago. The part turned out to be faulty. The staff was amazing, they replaced the part free of charge. The car was in and out the same day. Amazing service!

Very pleasant experience, felt welcome and they managed to fit me in without waiting even though I didn't have an appointment. The service advisors were all friendly and made sure I'd been helped already. Will definitely go there for service in the future and would recommend to friends.

Pathetic Excuse of a Ford Service Facility
My Review Of Rountree Moore Ford Lincoln: So, I brought my truck here for warranty and as luck would have it the warranty company refused to cover my truck. So I finally got some money to fix it and it takes them three weeks to get it running and one day I stopped by to check on my truck and somebody from their shop had decided to use my truck as a parts truck and pulled a computer module out from behind the back seat. And it has been three weeks since I asked about it and nobody will give me an answer on what happened and why they let parts get stolen off my truck. They called me the other day saying my truck is finished and to come pick it up. When I opened the door even though the key was not in it, the radio was playing music and my door locks didn't work. It has been almost a week since then and everytime I talk to them about it they say "it'll be done tomorrow" tomorrow comes and no change. So the day finally arrived when they said it was done and I went to pick the truck up and the spare tire was missing and a plug is missing from the rear end and oil is leaking everywhere. They told me that they cannot do anything about it. They as in tue service manager Donnie.

Couldn't ask for any friendlier customer service than was shown. My only concern, after my oil change my Ford Edge was brought around and my key wouldn't crank the car. Everyone was puzzled, I was told a new key had to be made, which they did. But now my original key will not unlock my car by pushing the button.
