AWESOME SERVICE, DATE 1/7/2014

Thank you for this survey, my visit yesterday was wonderful, out of there in no time but I just needed my Oil Change and Tires checked...

Very good service and very prompt & pleasent

Service Manager "Randy" is far superior to any Service Manager in any Car Dealership I have ever been in, and I am sure you realize that is a most important factor. I must say that the repairman is of the best quality. I have been in many Dealerships in my lifetime, & this one is the best. I am 76 years old and retired from GMC Oldsmobile and know what I am talking about.......Keep up the good work.

Excellent service

I had a part that was attached to my windshield come off on the interstate and when I showed up at the dealership hoping that I could get this taken care of since I did not call or make an appt. Randy Fletcher greeted me and assured me that the part was in stock and they could put on while i waited. Randy also inspected the other side and found the same part was coming loose from the windshield and ordered this part and I had it put on 2 days later.

Randy was very helpful and he had my car worked on and completed very fast. They took my car in very fast and completed it in a timely manner.

Great services, active attitude, friendly gesture

The salesman Kez Ford was very active in completing the deal and he did a great deal of effort in pushing the price down to meet our budget. The Finance process was clear and fast.

Excellent service and collision repair departments

Kevin was friendly and took the car in at the appointed time and did the 45K service and inspections quickly. Your service dept made good recommendations and, when I asked for one of them to be carried out, you were able to take care of that quickly. As I was waiting to speak with Kevin between these jobs, I heard Kevin educate another customer in a courteous manner about a service that the customer mistakenly thought he needed. After these two service jobs, Kevin delivered my car to your Collision Repair and April arranged for a water test and adjustment to take care of a leak in the rear hatch. I had told April that I thought this leak was related to a repair done 2 years ago but I was very appreciative that she didn't charge me for it and that she managed to work me in on a very busy day. I was also pleasantly surprised that April remembered me and my cars previous history at your business. April and Kevin were both very friendly and accommodating.

When you take your car there you are greeted by a service rep right away, no waiting. After looking at your vehicle some one gives you a call, tells you the problem, (and amount it will cost).

Great workmansship and employee/customer relations

Your employees and technicians are excellent regarding their politeness, attentiveness and workmanship; they seem to really care about doing a good job.
