Our experience at rountree moore in lake city, fl

My wife and i were having a hard time finding a car. We met with Lori and after helping us jump through some hoops in no time we drove off in our new car. Friendly and professional service is what we found at rountree moore!

Great service

Your people esp Kelly and April were so helpful to me yesterday. I don' t know the names of the other emp. But everyone was so friendly and I felt like family and I'm not just saying that.

Great service coffer bar

Kelly, Robin and Brenda all make a lasting impressions everytime I am at the dealership. However Dayne is a wonderful esocrt driver that gives great door to door service and always makes you fell comfortable no matter how much junk I carry with me.

Great Salepeople

Lori Hewitt was our Sales Consultant, she was very professional but not a high pressured salesperson. She asked what our needs were & meet our needs & beyond.She made us feel comfortable ( not just a sale ). I would high recommend Lori to family & friends !. We had to take our new car in to the service dept for a inspection, we worked with Kelly Holcombe. He was very friendly, explained everything that was going to be done, how long it was going to take, called me when it was completed ( 15 minutes earlier than expected lol ). had a great experience with the service dept. Thanks Kelly !!

Mr. Gregory is an excellent sales representative. Been shopping & looking around for several weeks to trade in my Honda, & really was not pleased with what different dealerships had to offer. First of all, some sale representatives from different dealerships we're either "too" friendly to the point that they appeared to be plain old phony, or lacked the desire to really make a sale. Mr. Gregory had patience understating and demonstrated a positive seance of humor which allowed me to feel relaxed and ask questions without feeling uncomfortable or embarrassed. I was very pleased with everyone @ the Rountree-Moore dealership but by all means Mr. Eddie Gregory is their "Shining Star". Dora Amarillo FL

good arness people. and very good service techs.

I did not like the amount of time it took to do the repairs.12 days for a wireing harness, but I did like the calls to let me know that they were waiting for the part to come in. thankfully the warrainty was there and they took care of me by putting me in a loner for that time my car was layed up.
