Great sales team, poor garage

My salesperson, Wes, was awesome. I work two jobs so it was hard for me to get there but he did everything he could to work around my schedule and make the process as quick as possible.

Thanks to a sales woman who really listens!

I am really glad to have had an sales woman like Lori in the Kia department who really understood my needs and went through great lengths to help me in any way to get what I really needed versus just selling me a car that does not fit my needs.

sneaky manager named Anthony

I have always had a good, friendly experience with the service department. Manager Anthony, unbeknownst to me, ran my credit every single time I went in to complain about not getting anywhere near the gas mileage promised on the sticker when I bought my car. Now my credit is bad from 'too many inquiries' and I'm stuck with a car I don't want. Thanks Rountree Moore and Anthony

Service Department

Kelly Holcombe made me feel like I was his only customer. Since the covered area was full of cars, he went out of his way to pull my car under a different roof so I would not get wet from the rain. Awesome customer service!

A great car dealership

After explaining what I was looking for the sales agent and sales team were keen on presenting all possibilities which helped me meet my goal. I think the years of experience of the sales manager is your greatest asset. I saw a vehicle on car gurus and made the drive from Waycross, Ga, but my husband wasn't happy with my choice after we drove the car. Even though we were a bit fatigued your sales team was very kind and encouraging. They were very respectful through the whole experience noting that my request may have been a bit difficult they certainly delivered! Even after the purchase the wonderful service has continued. Sharon Hutchinson followed up and even mailed a valet key. I have not been able to get back for the complimentary oil change or any repair services but expect it will be another great experience when I do.

We found the vehicle we wanted, for a good price and it was easy to come to terms. Salesmen Eddie Gregory and Ken Strickland were very helpful and reasonable. My only recommendation to the dealership would be to just let the salesman do the communicating and save the customer relations contacts until after the purchase has been finished. That said, it is very apparent that this dealership truly wants to keep the customer satisfied with the experience and purchase. Thanks

Great deal, no haggling

Minimal pressure to buy and when I was presented a price it was inline with my expectations. Keswick was great! just need to know when to bring the truck in for the detail and trim fix and I'm one happy camper! Also need to mention Mike Kelley as well, he's a great representative. I've bought a few cars in my life and to be honest this was the best one ever.
