Body work on 2013 Toyota Avalon
Hi, quality of work was excellent. Also, want to mention how good the USAA appraiser was. However, the picking up my auto I thought was lacking. I called the front desk receptionist around 4 p.m. to ask was my auto ready to be picked up, as they had it 2 days and this was the end of the 2nd day. She said it was ready but it needed a quality control check, that they would call when it was ready. Since I hadn't heard anything by 5pm, I went to the body shop and my auto was in the parking lot and complete. I walked in the receptionist area and asked the same receptionist if my auto was ready. She said no, it still needed a quality control inspection, I could pick it up tomorrow morning. I asked her couldn't they do it now, as it shouldn't take long. She went to the back, came back and said they still had to check with insurance company, I informed her I was paying for it, the insurance complany was reimbursing me. She said ok, you can take it. I then paid her, asked her "was this the quality control". She looked at me and shook her head yes, I took my car and left. Apparently there was a miscommunication somewhere. If you don't know the reply to a question, tell me!

Tech was awesome!
Service Tech was great cashier horrible. I made an appointment they didn't bother to check so I waited in line for about 15mins then had to provide all the information again including the fact that I had a complimentary oil change for the purchase of a new vehicle. when I came back to pick up my truck they had thought I change included in the bill.
