Great service love the new building

I was early for my appointment , my SUV was taken immediately and my oil. Change was done quick , great staff, just love Roundtree Ford

great sales and service departments

Body Shop

The short experience I had with Round-Tree went quite well, better then I have expected. Paul the auto body manager was very helpful in taking the time to walk me through the damage findings report and what will be needed and how the repairs will be done. Paul allowed me to make a good decision to or not to do the repairs based on his expertise. Paul covered possible nickel and dime repairs in the future as well as safety concerns. Thanks to Paul and Keith the insurance adjuster from Gieco made it easier to except the report my ride was going to be a total lose. Thanks, Steve A.
