Scheduled service
This was my third attempt for service due to scheduling issues. I was notified in advance about 3 hour delay. Bri Armano checked me went over my service and made arrangements for shuttle as there was the long weight time. Went home and Bri called me about 2 hours later saying car was done. Shuttle came and picked me up. Bri checked me out. She was very polite and helpful. Very good customer service skills
