I have been coming here since 2006. The waiting room is very nice. I have bought a car and truck from Grand Rapids toyota. I bring them in for service and am pleased with the service I receive. I brought my 2017 Camry in for the first time. Preferred care package is a Great deal.

I needed my first checkup for my new Tacoma but was unable to schedule an appointment as they were 3 days out I was from Florida and had to leave before the regular scheduled appointments. I stopped in and spoke with Kyle who squeezed me in. This is excellent customer care. I would highly recommend Toyota of Grand Rapids and they have great service representatives

I had a recall notice on my 18 Camry le, so I made an appointment for that repair and a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was shuttled home and picked up when the car was ready. The service department had me back in my car rather fast. Quicker than I expected. Thanks!!
