New Camry hybrid

The whole staff was very professional. No high pressure. I had talked to a salesman about a new Camry Hybrid. I got a couple of follow calls and told them I was still interested. About 10 days later they had Camry hybrid xLE being delivered and the buyer had backed out of the deal. I gave them a deposit over the phone a picked the car up that day. Very happy with the whole process.

Reputable dealership

First I’m grateful they have shuttle service and they are a part of the very personable. Great service staff in taking care of you and understanding of price. Clean waiting room.

Excellent service

Oil change only took about 1/2 hour plus found problem with battery. Great that avoided later problem by replacing battery. Appreciate the preventative maintenance checks to avoid future issues.

An agent greeted you once you park your car.you are informed as to how long the service would take .He explained what they checked & told you the results before they gave you the bill.

Best crossover available

I bought a Toyata RAV4 hybrid. Had issues with waiting for delivery, and some transportation damage which they promptly fixed to my satisfaction. They beat Honda’s delivery date, and we’re very courteous throughout the process. The dealership gave me a lifetime warranty on the batteries and power trade for free, and 10 years electrical warranty was reasonable, which gave me 5 years of Toyota Care maintenance free. And 10 years road-service. Really love how the vehicle rides, looks and handles.

Easy-going, reliable atmosphere

It only took them a half hour to get my oil change done rather than the full hour I was expecting, so that was a pleasant surprise.

Appointment for oil change

Easily made an appointment online for an oil change. They recommended a few other checks because of our mileage. Using the service department at this dealership has worked great for us!

Oil change

Took vehicle in for oil change and waited it Took 1 hr and 10 minutes. Way too long given I had a set appointment time.

Service

Went for lube and rotation they told me not quite ready for lube, they did rotation. I appreciated their honesty. Some places would have went a head and did it anyway. Thank you Toyota of Grand Rapids.
