Excellent service, given location compared to befo

I very much enjoyed having my vehicle serviced professionally and timely before a holiday trip. I only marked as a 4 b/c I let person I work with know possible leak in 1/4 tires. I got car back he said nothing was noted, the next day that tire was low again...I don't think it was considered.

Nice place and friendly staff.

Had 2:15. Appointment, drove in at 2:10. Had tire rotation and alignment check. After hour and 15 minutes of waiting, went back to check. Finally got out at 3:45. An hour and a half for this !! Are you kidding me ???

Very positive The check in staff was very professional and courteous. The work was well done to my satisfaction with careful attention to details. The service area is clean and organized as well

Great service!!!!

Friendly, professional customer service, spotless lounge, spotless bathrooms, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, TV, comfy lounge chairs with fast service. I was very satisfied with my visit. Plus great savings with the purchase of a maintenance package. Highly recommend.

Two thumbs up! Great experience!

Aaron is a great service manager, a good communicator, and efficient. I have no complaints about Toyota of Grand Rapids. I plan to buy my next Toyota there. Erik C. was an excellent salesperson, no pressure, details when asked - great buying experience!

Totally unhappy with this dealership!

Absolutely let down. This dealership is nothing like it was when we first bought our brand new four runner. The service check in guy was in such a hurry and extremely rude. He did not acknowledge a word I said. I told him I was having issues still with door locks. He then questioned me why I had not been back sooner . I told him one I live 2 hrs away I choose this dealership, 2. I have a demanding job, and address any issues at time of service, 3. COVID has been an issue. After waiting a few hours I finally got to leave. Pulled out with no heat/air/fan working. Turned around and went back. The service guy looked at tried turning it on, he then started tapping underneath the dash . It started, he then told me if it don’t work just tap on it! Seriously, what kind of backyard bs is this…. Have to go back for parts again for door locks. I sure can not even believe this is the same dealership. So sad, I have been a loyal customer to Toyota for years and now I am second guess myself.

Great All-Round Toyota Dealership

I purchased a new 2021 Tundra from the dealership and then purchased 4 all-terrain tires from their tire center. The service department also applied the protection package (interior seat protection, rustproofing, paint protection) to the truck. I also was able to pick up a couple of truck accessories from their Parts department. All in all, I am very pleased with how the truck turned out and with the service I received from both the salesman who sold me the truck and the finance manager.

Very pleased Customer

Great Customer service !! Very honest and tale the time out to make sure you understand everything about your car. I didn't buy my Toyota there but' I wish I had . My next one will come from them.

Great Service

I’ve been a customer since Dec 2012 and I’ve always had great service. My oil changes are inexpensive because I’ve been a long term customer which is awesome. The lounge is clean and bright. Coffee and tea are free. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
