Toyota reliability and honest, friendly service.

Service dept is very professional, provides recommendations for service in the manner expected, but accepts that we have some service, like tire rotation done elsewhere. Don’t forget checking their online portal to reserve the best times for your schedule, and to check out money saving coupons. They honor scheduled times effectively. I’ve never been parked for several hours without explanation as I have at another local Toyota dealer. These folks now service all our family vehicles. They’ve earned our trust over the years as they’ve gone to bat for us on warranty issues/unusual wear on one vehicle, and with regular scheduled maintenance have kept all our several generations of Toyotas on the road in good condition for well over 250,000 miles. It may not seem cheap, but perform scheduled maintenance and you’ll be rewarded with a vehicle that is as safe, reliable, and operates as well as the day you drive it off the lot a dozen years prior.

Usually on the mark, but not always

Always great service, except my Dec 23, 2021. I made an appointment for 1 pm oil change but did not get my car back until 3 pm . Bruce was my service rep. He claims to have texted me, when I requested a call, text never received. So the delay was because they wanted to replace my wipers.. Ugh.

Quick, welcoming, and kind employees!

The service here is great. Employees are always welcoming (our service person even noticed we had books in our hands and told us about their quiet reading room) and kind. Despite having a full garage, we were in and out in an hour!

Fantastic service!!!

Kyle Kohl provided excellent customer service in his advisor role at Toyota of Grand Rapids. He is very professional, friendly, prompt and continually maintained an open dialogue regarding my maintenance needs, while also keeping me up to date on the timeline for completion of the work. Toyota is blessed to have such a great employee on their team. The future is bright for Kyle and I look forward to seeing his promotional growth within the company. Kudos to you, young man!

Exceed expectations

We're always treated like valued customers by everyone we come in contact with. Very professional and courteous employees. Well staffed so we get immediate attention and the service appointments are completed in the expected time frame. Nice, large waiting area with complimentary refreshments. In this day and age it's rare ( unfortunately) when a business meets or exceeds our expectations but TOYOTA of Grand RAPIDS has been a rare exception. Their efforts to ensure a satisfied customer are obviously something they work at daily and it is very much appreciated! We purchased a new Honda a year before our new Highlander. The Honda experience was a 1 out of 10 due to cold & impersonal customer service, and a vehicle sold to us with a known engine defect. After that experience we were skeptical that another car dealership would be any better but we were proven wrong. Zero disappointments here in 2 1/2 years and I'm confident there won't be any in the future.

Best maintenance and service in town.

Bruce and his Service team were professional, personable, and friendly as always. The diagnosis of the battery problem was made quickly and accurately. The oil change I had forgotten was due was offered and completed even though it was late on a Friday afternoon and I didn’t have an appointment. My car and I feel safer and we’ll be back. 😁

Great service and done in a timely fashion. Nice area for waiting. Really like Cooper. He is friendly, efficient, answers my questions and makes good suggestions without being forceful. I’ll be back.

Regular service appointment

My car was completed quickly. However I had to wait quite a while for an available agent and there was no masking of employees despite our high COVID19 numbers in the area. Disappointing.

Is checking tire pressure routine ?

I appreciate how quickly I can have my car serviced. The time it takes for an oil change makes me smile— a bit long, but a nice waiting area and a price break which I totally appreciate. 4stars because b/c this is the 2nd time I drove off with tire pressure light still on (despite asking specifically to have tire pressure checked😬😳🤓).
