They sold me a car that had an oil leak after they

They sold me a car that had an oil leak after they promised me it was fixed. I then brought it back to them 3 more times, each time they returned it saying the problem was fixed and each time it wasn't. Now they’ve stopped returning my calls and my car is still leaking oil.

Couldn’t have asked for an all around better experience. As an out of state buyer, living in MA I was slightly nervous about working with a dealer 4 hours away. Abby and her team were straight and narrow with negotiating. They accommodated me with a fair deal we were both happy with, no haggling or games. They prepared user friendly electronic documents to review and sign to make the purchase process and financing a breeze. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, Abby was super friendly, had my Vehicle, keys and paperwork prepared and ready to take home. I was in and out and on my way home with a smile. There was a lot of extra leg work to be done with this particular deal. Toyota of Hackensack went the extra mile to make it happen. Providing assistance and customer service every step of the way. I would recommend this team to anyone and will absolutely do business with them in the future! Thank you!

Person who took my car at the very beginning was pleasant

Person who took my car at the very beginning was pleasant and efficient. Two receptionists were speaking Spanish to each other, and seemed fairly uninterested and indifferent. Joe was adequate but seemed tired and bored, and he failed to apply my coupon to the price of my service, even after I showed it to him, and he assured me that he would take care of it. I asked him some questions about my service going forward, and he did answer those questions adequately. When the service was done, I was advised to consider changing some filters in my car, and I feel that based on my mileage, it was probably a bit early to consider that. I always feel like the dealership is trying to sell me something I don't necessarily need. This may not be true, but I'm basing it on experiences I've had in the past. I appreciate straightforward and honest advice, especially in these times of inflation, when we're all having to be careful about what we're spending. We all like to feel respected, and like the people we're dealing with have our best interests at heart. This creates trust and loyalty, and in the long run, you'll make just as much money!
