Ms. Shanken is a professional knowledgeable sales person. It's very easy to talk and deal with her and she seems to grasp exactly what you need, desire and want in a new car. I have leased approximately 14 vehicles from your dealership in the past and would rate her the best sales person I have dealt with. She spent a lot of time explaining and showing my wife how to use the car's features post sale. I will gladly recommend her to my family and friends, and hope to work with her again 39months from now.
