I live in Iowa, but purchased a new RAV4 Prime from Toyota of Hackensack because they were able to put me in a new car in a matter of weeks, rather than months or years on a waiting list in Iowa. From my first contact with internet salesperson, Mary Green, to my driving off of the lot, I was treated with respect and honesty from the staff. Mary helped me find exactly the car I was looking for that was in transit to Toyota of Hackensack. Then sales associate, Ana Mayers handled every detail of the purchase with great care and kindness. Even though I was five states away, Ana was just a text message or email away to promptly answer all of my new car, financing, and transportation questions and concerns! (Also, thanks to Bob who picked me up at the airport and answered all of my questions about my new RAV4 Prime.) I would consider driving 1000 miles again to purchase another Toyota from the quality team of Mary Green and Ana Mayers again!

Jeff was great to deal with felt like I was buying a car from my brother… Very honest and no pressure just gave me all the information and let me decide… Ended up purchasing beautiful forerunner at fair market price… Traveled all the way from Long Island New York to go to best dealership in the Northeast knowing that I would get a fair deal… Down the block from me is Greenville Toyota in Long Island that was asking ridiculous prices on new cars and gave me the take it or leave it attitude when I stopped in ,traveling to Hackensack Toyota was well worth the trip would recommend dealing with Jeff when you get there … Can call the dealership beforehand and make an appointment with him… You’ll be glad you did
