So i have been a customer of Chrysler for long time if i knew how good Toyota treats their cutomers and how good is their service especially Toyota of Hackensack i would have switched loooong time ago and i have to drive from the Bronx. . Thank u for being awesome to both.

Hi ma'am. I want to say that I am very disappointed. When I bought this car, we bargained hard with my friend. We got 155000 miles bumper-to-bumper warranty for the car. In addition, we agreed that the maintenance of 25000 will be 55000. With your financier friend (Michael), I talked to my friend for about an hour. And because we talked a lot, you say something that I know very well, now you don't have such a right. I haven't lost my mind. I know very well. The car would be serviced up to 55,000 miles. When I came two days ago, the lady working in the service said that you only have 2 maintenance rights left. I'm shocked. it was impossible. but i talked to the guy who sold the car. Unfortunately, he denies what we have so clearly agreed on. He says we misunderstood. It's a very obvious lie. People make money by cheating. If I had known, I would not have taken that guarantee. If I knew you were going to do these things again, I would never have bought a car from here. You think you are very strong. Unfortunately, fraud has become a force. I'm so sorry, but these are the things that go through my heart and mind. And I share it with all my friends everywhere. Such a sales team and such a dealer does not suit a brand like Toyota.
