The salesperson (Abigail) was phenomenal!

The salesperson (Abigail) was phenomenal! She was honest and responsive and more importantly respectful. What I'm assuming is the sales/finance manager, (the man who went over the paperwork and finances on closing) was extremely rude and I left really upset and still thinking of that incident even today. I understand that it's their job to upsell insurance but after several attempts of me saying I'm not interested, he started gaslighting me and questioning my judgement. After I told him to stop trying to sell me the insurance because I'm not interested, he changed his behavior towards me and did not say a single word. He didn't even thank me or even say bye to me when I finished signing the paperwork. I would not shop there again if he were still there.

The dealership provided Outstanding Service.

The dealership provided Outstanding Service. Our sales lady, Miriam S, was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. Miriam was fabulous to work with. She answered every question we had, honestly. The price of the vehicle was reasonable. I’ll recommend Miriam to my friends and I’ll definitely be back in the future.
