I have recently visited at least 15 different car dealers in the last 30 days and Norwood Infiniti offered a great experience. I sent an inquiry via email about seeing a car on Sunday and by Sunday at 2 PM we had a great deal with a great car.

I received excellent customer service, the staff was nice and friendly. Anthony was my service person and he was able to answer my questions and concerns. My car was nice and clean when they were done and I didn't have to wait long.

Couldn't have been treated better. Asked about turning in my leased Infinity . Got both satisfactory work done and answers to my leasing questions. Got my car back, all washed and possibly detailed-it looked that good.
