They lived up to their reputation

My sister has had a great relationship with this dealership and had recommended that I visit Infinity of Norwood when I needed a new car. Now I understand why. It was the most pleasant, stress-free experience I have ever had when purchasing an automobile. Every person we dealt with was attentive and knowledgeable. Our salesperson, Victor Viera, was the ultimate professional...a true pleasure to do business with. I am so grateful for this fantastic experience, and I could not be happier with my new QX50.

Best Of The Best

I purchased my first Infiniti to experience luxury. Infiniti of Norwood offers a level of service to mimic their products, absolute luxury! They have a customer for life with me.

Good customer service, terrible pricing on parts

The service department is pretty nice at Infiniti or Norwood, I feel as if they are honest in what they observe and tell you the truth. I worked with Anthony in my last visit - he is fantastic! My only issue is the pricing of certain parts is absurd - especially for a 10 y/o G37. For example, y-pipe replacement (~$1200 - you can get a superior exhaust kit, not just y-pipe, at this price point), 1 single-piston rear driverside caliper (non-sport) (~$1200, and now must recently $800... again you can get an entire kit at this price point and why are prices changing?). So not only are the prices insanely high for your run-of-the-mill parts that aren't of any higher quality than a Camry but will change depending on the day you ask them or its recommended to you. So if you're okay with burning your pockets, you will do just that on important part replacements. Otherwise fluid replacement, alignment and things of that nature, I think, are priced reasonably.

Victor is knowledgeable and attentive to details.

Sales person Vito. was attentive, courteous. He was specific to details and convincing. Vehicle deliver as promised. Victor took his time to explain vehicle functions.

Friendly Service

I was recommended to this location by an acquaintance of George Sr. and was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff. I worked directly with Victor to select the right vehicle for me and he was very communicative throughout the entire process.

Awesome!!!

I bought my used 2018 Q50 Red Sport and Mike Sweeney, Anthony Chirico, Ken Hubbell and Brian Pollack were very knowledgeable, fair and honest with the entire process! I bought my new G37X Sport from Mike Sweeney 5 years ago and Anthony Chirico has been my service person for the last 5 years and both Mike and Anthony have provided me with outstanding A+ customer service!

Personalized ad friendly service

I came in with a battery keyfob issue and was completely satisfied with the service team’s efforts to troubleshoot the issue as it was the second time in two weeks that the issue arose. I feel they went the extra mile for me and even gave my car a vacuum and wash!
