Good customer service, terrible pricing on parts
The service department is pretty nice at Infiniti or Norwood, I feel as if they are honest in what they observe and tell you the truth. I worked with Anthony in my last visit - he is fantastic! My only issue is the pricing of certain parts is absurd - especially for a 10 y/o G37. For example, y-pipe replacement (~$1200 - you can get a superior exhaust kit, not just y-pipe, at this price point), 1 single-piston rear driverside caliper (non-sport) (~$1200, and now must recently $800... again you can get an entire kit at this price point and why are prices changing?). So not only are the prices insanely high for your run-of-the-mill parts that aren't of any higher quality than a Camry but will change depending on the day you ask them or its recommended to you. So if you're okay with burning your pockets, you will do just that on important part replacements. Otherwise fluid replacement, alignment and things of that nature, I think, are priced reasonably.

I came in with a battery keyfob issue and was completely satisfied with the service team’s efforts to troubleshoot the issue as it was the second time in two weeks that the issue arose. I feel they went the extra mile for me and even gave my car a vacuum and wash!
