Easy and Anthony is great

Norwood is by far the most friendly Infiniti dealer. Anthony is the best! Service was done in a timely manner and was able to get an appt the same day

Have no idea haven’t heard a thing about my car

I’ve been calling for 5 days on my vehicle left 4 messages between 3 different people plus front end staff to hand deliver to service staff about updating me on my vehicle Nd have still heard nothing. I have now received this survey form free my car being in for 5 days and not having any information passed on to me or even being updated on my vehicle. I have no idea how things are going and am now needing to drive the 90 minutes one way just to get an answer on my vehicles status since nobody will return any calls.

Real professionals and a surprisingly pleasant experience.

After visiting other dealerships I went to Infinity of Norwood and the difference was night and day. My friend recommended seeing "Big Mike" Mike Howard and right away I knew why. He is not the usual high pressure sales rep but a true professional sales person. He took the time to hear our wants in a car and then educated us first about the Infiniti models. Next he showed us what would fit our needs, not the usual bait and switch. He spent the time with my wife to make sure all of her concerns were taken care of. I had spent the past 30 years in sales selling big ticket items and also managed several dealers in New England so I explained this to Mike and he understood so when the time had come to make the deal we cut to the chase and everything went quickly with very little back and forth, which is the way it should be. I feel that we both made out well, he sold me a car and got a customer that would definitely come back and also recommend him highly and I was happy with the deal. The follow up after the hand-shake so far is superb. You cannot ask for more and I actually enjoyed the buying experience.

My service was fast and friendly

My service light came on and I brought it in last minute and they were able to take care of my car and it was done quickly.

Excellent experience

I bought our last Infiniti from Jason a few years ago and will continue to do so in the future. He makes the process easy and not stressful. Michael also made the process fast and really took care of things for us. Excellent employees and I’ll recommend them to everyone.

Great experience!

No hassle, great service, good wait time. I couldn’t ask for more. Anthony brought me in and was very friendly. I wil get my car serviced through him and this dealer for now on.

Longest wait ever......

I usually deal with a different gentlemen when I my vehicle serviced and he is great let’s me know if I have any problems with my vehicle but this time around I worked with a different guy who told me of no problems but I know I have something wrong with the car. The wait was a ridiculous amount of time my apt was at 1pm arrived at 12:30 for a simple oil change and was there until well after 2:30pm. I was never approached to let me know of any delays or anything.
