Warning! If you want good service at a fair deal, do not go to Lowe Toyota! Two bad experiences with them and there will not be a third! They will not return calls and poor service! Butler Toyota in Macon is the place to go. If you go to Lowe Toyota, don’t complain because you have been warned!

Took for service last Friday.
Took for service last Friday. Computers down so couldn’t do diagnostics or repairs. Promised a call when computers back up plus would order a part from Jacksonville. By following Tuesday no call; computer back up on Friday. Called left vmail with our service manager. No call back four hours later. Rescheduled for service this Thursday IF they order and have part. Promised a call to discuss and order. Now 1635, no call. Exceptionally poor from a company once renowned for Lean and Six Sigma efficiency.

Purchased my tundra at Lowe Toyota. they did all the service. Climbed under my tundra after three oil changes from low Toyota. Found two skid plate bolts stripped and the spacer missing from one of them. Had to purchase a bolt extraction kit and new hardware to fix it. Called the service manager and he never responded.

Bad news on Service Center.
Bad news on Service Center. My windshield wiper fluid was leaking out. Turns out the hose had been chewed by a rodent. Visible to the naked eye there was a hole in it. Service Center refused to work on my car unless they could charge me $150 for a diagnostic fee. I paid $150 for a $2 hose and a ,5 minute job. THAT won't happen again!

The sales staff is excellent!
The sales staff is excellent! Jamey Harrelson was so helpful. I wanted extras and a specific color, Jamey got me exactly what I wanted. He was thorough about all the details and even linked my phone to my car. My price was fair on my trade in and very fair for my purchase. He and I both were happy with the deal! Too bad the service department is focused on gouging you automatically for a diagnostic fee, or refuse to service your car.

My husband and I purchased two new Toyota vehicles from Lowe Toyota in February 2023. The customer service was very good. It was because of this that we chose to deal with Lowe Toyota though another Toyota dealership quoted a tad bit lower price. We are confident that Lowe will provide very good service in the "after the sale" period as well

Passed Off
Everything was working fine on a car until I went there for them to repair a recall. I noticed my high beams wasn't working after that. So I called and they an appt to come back in. Mind you it takes me over an hr to get there. They tell me I would have to agree to pay $149 diagnostic fee. & the representative SHAY gonna try to be funny and say coincidences happen.
