From the minute I walked in to Wallace Volkswagen it felt calmer, and I had a very pleasant experience. I had been to multiple dealerships in and out of the Stuart area, and I was extremely frustrated with the way I was approached, treated, and the games they play. Kerriann McBean was the sales associate that came over to greet me. She was professional, knowledgeable, very kind and easy to talk to. Kerriann actually listened to what my needs were, and was very straight forward with all the information. She researched what was available and brought up a couple of available VW Atlas models. I test drove two vehicles and the second one was exactly what I was looking for. The negotiating process was so much easier. They told me what they would give me for my trade, the different savings programs that were available, and what I was eligible for. The Finance Manager Kelly introduced herself and was extremely helpful. My credit was frozen because of a previous non related incident, and she helped walk me through all the steps I needed to take to temporarily access it, and then secure it again. She worked hard to find me the best finance rate and which deal would be more beneficial. I have never owned a Volkswagen and I am very impressed with how it drives, the safety features, warranty, and how comfortable and practical it is. I commend Kerriann and Kelly for their knowledge and professionalism. They were a pleasure to work with. I never felt pressured, or that I was being deceived in any way. I have bought a couple of dozen new cars in my life and by far this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone I have met at this dealership has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend giving them the opportunity to help you purchase a new vehicle.,

I was put in a position that I had to buy a vehicle, my VW Alltrack was tired (200k miles). I went back to VW Wallace and was greeted by KerriAnn.
