Butler Lexus (Butler Auto Group)

I have always been pleased with Butler Lexus. I bought my first Lexus from Jerry Rankin many, many years ago, and have bought a total of maybe 6 or 7 over the last 25 years or so. Obviously, I have had the one I have now since 2011. It has been a good one! Rod Love has always taken care of me, and he does a wonderful job in the service department. Always on time, knowledgeable, happy and fair. I appreciate the entire business-from sales to service to parts. Rod keeps trying to get me to get a new one, but you guys are making them too good now! Always a pleasure visiting Butler Lexus of Macon, When coming in for service, I know my Lexus will be professionally maintained. When stopping by to check out what’s new at Lexus, someone is always available to proudly show me. And, most recently, when I was ready to trade, they teamed up to make it almost pleasant experience.

Would like to see a snack/coffee option while waiting. Chairs were comfy and wifi access worked well.

Staff and service personnel are always courteous and professional. Routine service is always conducted quickly and timely
