Regarding Sales, Alan Bell is excellent. Regarding Service, Rod Live has been tremendously helpful and always insures my needs are met. Rod is very thorough and makes sure I am part of the service decisions for my GX 460. In Rod's absence Regan is equally skilled and a pleasure to work with.

Butler Lexus has maintained my GX460 for years. I happened to look under the engine skid plate to find the second bolt they have damaged. The first time they stripped out the bolt hole and placed a cheap plastic plug. Mind you this is a heavy steel skid plate. Now they ripped the head off another bolt. I guess it’s my job to correct their damage as my service manager has no interest. To top it off, none of the damage was reported to me. I found it and brought it to their attention. If you have a Lexus with a skid plate, do the maintenance yourself and save a lot of headaches.

We are always satisfied with the service on our vehicles. We've had many vehicles from Butler Lexus since the 1990s and never had a problem. Reagan Beck is hands down the best coordinator we've ever had at Butler Lexus in Macon, GA.
