PUBLIC STATEMENT — BMW HAS FAILED TO FIX ITS OWN MISTAKE I purchased a BMW from Orange County BMW in March 2026. What should have been a simple purchase has turned into an absolute nightmare because of a mistake made by the dealership itself. When Orange County BMW issued my temporary registration/tag, they incorrectly mixed up my registration information with another customer who purchased a vehicle around the same time. As a result, since March, another person has been driving their vehicle through E-ZPass tolls and accumulating violations that have been incorrectly associated with ME and MY vehicle. These are NOT my tolls. These are NOT my violations. I did NOT incur these charges. They exist because BMW made an administrative mistake. What is even more outrageous is that I have spent months trying to get BMW to correct a problem that THEY CREATED. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with Orange County BMW, I have not received the resolution I deserve. I have also contacted BMW Corporate, expecting them to step in and protect a customer who is being harmed by a mistake made by one of their dealerships. Instead, I have been left fighting this problem myself. Now, after months of BMW failing to resolve the issue, I am being threatened with/turned over to a credit agency for violations that belong to someone else. Think about that. I bought a BMW. BMW gave the wrong registration information to another customer. That customer accumulated toll violations. And now MY credit and MY financial reputation are being put at risk because BMW can't correct its own mistake. This is completely unacceptable. I purchased a BMW expecting a professional organization to stand behind its product and its customers. Instead, I have been forced to spend months proving that I am not responsible for someone else's toll violations. BMW needs to take responsibility, immediately: 1. Correct the registration error. 2. Remove every toll and violation that does not belong to me. 3. Pay/resolve the violations caused by their error. 4. Stop any collection or credit reporting activity against me. 5. Provide written confirmation that my record and credit will not be damaged because of BMW's mistake. I am posting this publicly because apparently months of phone calls and attempts to resolve this privately have not been enough. BMW — this isn't about a customer asking for a favor. This is about a company taking responsibility for its own mistake. I will not accept responsibility for someone else's toll violations, and I will not allow my credit or reputation to be damaged because BMW couldn't get a temporary registration correct. Orange County BMW and BMW Corporate: FIX YOUR MISTAKE. And to anyone considering purchasing a BMW: Ask yourself how this company treats you when something goes wrong after they have your money.

Get a lawyer before buying a car from this dealership. They sold me a car that had been previously damaged. And when I brought it to their attention, I was told by Sami the general manager the I could contact their legal team. The check engine light came on a couple of days after I bought the car. $90k and I can’t even drive my family in it safely. And Orange County BMW refuses to help resolve the problem. Shame on them

I bought a 2021 BMW M440i xDrive with 21k miles. Maddie was my sales rep and ALWAYS will be, I've been dealing with her for years, in the business for a loooong time and no wonder why. OCC BMW has something special, I hope their other advisors deal with customers in the same fashion, absolute professionalism, and courteous, and not there to just get Rich off of you. She understands the importance of Repeat business and relationship building naturally. That's a rare fines today and the car business. Go see MADDIE!! you won't be upset.

While I was initially satisfied with the sales process, the vehicle I received is complete junk and never should have been certified given the condition I received it in. Has been in the shop 5 times for a total of close to 20 days since buying it CERTIFIED PRE OWNED in June. Everything from a full headlight, to an entire oil pump and solenoid, to a full steering rack setup and more this car has needed just about everything. To buy a car certified with 35kmi that needs $15,000+ in repairs less than 4 months after purchase is completely unacceptable to me and a complete breakdown in the so called “highly rigorous BMW certification process”. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORANGE COUNTY BMW to anyone looking for quality sales or service now knowing how much they really don’t know. (Disclaimer I did not interact with Danielle at all but had to rate someone to post this review)

Simple and direct. I saw the car I purchased on their website, a certified BMW XI 1 28, odometer reading 9550 for an unbelievable price of $30,995. An absolute dream car for me. I called and said I would be there the following day. They held the car until 2PM that day. I arrived, gave my trade paperwork, and instantly the deal began. I was offered slightly over my remaining loan and additionally they lowered the price slightly. After all the car was already a huge bargain. I am a retired SVP from Wall Street and I can assure you there was zero profit on this car, their benefit was moving another car and the bonus that may be procured from that. Kudos to this fine team. Frankly I was not sure I would be approved, and the Finance Manager put tremendous effort into getting the deal done with Zero down. If you are looking for impeccable professionalism, patience, and an all out effort to put you into the car you dreams,BMW of Orange County NY is where you should be.

This is the 3rd car we purchased from Orange County BMW. Tim, Sami and ownership is the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I have referred several other people all with the same courtesy. I highly recommend for Buying and service.

MW Orange County - stop sending me service reminders. Last time at your dealership I had my M3 fully serviced and took a loaner. I only drove home and back 40 miles. When returning my car, I put in 2 gallons of gas in a car that gets 27 mpg, and I then get a bill in the mail for another $20.00 for gas? When I called your dealership to dispute the $20.00 ripoff, you didn't like my attitude? and refused to remove the charge? Suzanne told me never to have my car serviced at your dealership again. Well you got it. Stop sending me service reminders. I am servicing the car myself and using other dealers. You lost a long time M customer for a petty ripoff charge. I also purchased another car (Not a BMW) and decided No more BMW's after an experience like this. I was a long time BMW customer. Now stop sending me service reminders and good luck Orange County BMW keeping your long time customers.
