Crooks, in my opinion.
Crooks, in my opinion. Purchased a luxury sports sedan with 27k on it. Landmark assured us it was still well within the manufacturers warranty and ALL the proper maintenance had been performed. Also purchased the extended warranty for $3k. Within 3 months (and 2k miles) the engine blew. Turns out, before we purchased the car, the manufactures warranty had been voided due to improper maintenance. This also voided the extended warranty that we had just purchased. Landmark refused to do anything about it. Promised a lot, delivered on nothing. Filing lawsuit.

Larry I am so sorry that you are having to wait a lot longer than normal but we were told we were waiting on parts availability and you are correct between the manufacturers warranty and the service contract that you purchased this should have been covered and handled. We have offered you to replace the engine with a brand new one from the manufacturer at no cost to you. I believe we are trying to do everything we can to make this right by paying for an engine the repairs and your rental. We will continue to do what we can to resolve this for you. Respectfully
You are currently in a car we are paying for. The Maserati dealer told us we had to wait for one from Italy to be built and like i said we are still willing to put a new engine in your car. We cannot a buy back a car that you put a huge dent in and try to resell it to another customer but we will be happy to get your engine ordered and have it installed. I hope you have a great weekend.
So, You are not only crooks but you are liars as well? In my opinion. 6 months ago we had our newly purchased Maserati towed back to Landmark with a blown engine. You quickly said you couldn't do anything and had us tow it to the Maserati Kirkland dealership. You made promises, but you have done nothing to fulfill those promises. You refused to supply a loaner car. NO reimbursement for our towing costs. NO reimbursement for our car rental costs. You have not paid out one penny. The Maserati dealership are the ones that have done all the work trying to get this settled and the ones that provided us a loaner car after several months of us paying for a rental car. The Maserati dealership found a replacement engine months ago but you refused to pay them to obtain and replace it. Spare me the “we are trying our best” crap. See you in court.

The verbiage in this review is misleading to customers, we do not advertise vehicles not for sale. This vehicle was off site getting a check engine light checked and reset at a corporate dealership. The customer was notified once the vehicle was back the next day. Fred was tagged and didn't work with the customer.
