The verbiage in this review is misleading to customers, we do not advertise vehicles not for sale. This vehicle was off site getting a check engine light checked and reset at a corporate dealership. The customer was notified once the vehicle was back the next day. Fred was tagged and didn't work with the customer.

Great experience!
They made buying a car painless. I wanted to hug the sales person, Fred and the finance person, Brandon when we were done. Yes, I just bought a used car and wanted to hug them!? They took very good care of me, both were very kind, considerate and professional.

Good car buying experience
We were out looking for an SUV for my wife and we came across Landmark Motors. Jason Lonsdale came out and we discussed different options. After looking around the lot, we found the right SUV with low mileage. They provided a fair value for our trade in and the whole process went very smooth. At times I wasn't sure we would agree to move forward but we found a way. They also offered very good options on financing! Next time you are out looking, go see Jason because he probably can find your next car without making the process a pain. Thanks Jason! We will be back in a few years for my next car.
Good car buying experience
We were out looking for an SUV for my wife and we came across Landmark Motors. Jason Lonsdale came out and we discussed different options. After looking around the lot, we found the right SUV with low mileage. They provided a fair value for our trade in and the whole process went very smooth. At times I wasn't sure we would agree to move forward but we found a way. They also offered very good options on financing! I initially posted a negative review after we purchased from Landmark and found out a few months later that our suspension needed a significant amount of work, despite having been told that it was serviced prior to purchase. However, within an hour of posting my review the Landmark GM, Sunil, called to follow up with me to see what the problem was and how they could resolve it for me. I took my car back in, Landmark’s service department took another look, and in the end they did all the suspension work that was required. They really went above and beyond to make sure what could have been a negative experience turned out to be a positive one, and I am very grateful to Sunil and the whole team.

Dishonest service and sales
I would absolutely not recommend this dealership. We purchased from them about 5 months ago. They claim to have an amazing service department. Both the CarFax and the paperwork provided by the dealership indicated that Landmark serviced the suspension on the vehicle I purchased. Less than 5 months later, I took the car in to a Subaru dealership for routine maintenance and found out I need $2k worth of repairs to my suspension. There was also a busted head gasket and an oil leak. All told, I'm out another $5500. I called the service department and they had the nerve to tell me I should bring my car back to them because car dealerships will nickel and dime me. At least the other dealership actually repaired my car. And are you NOT a car dealership?
