This is now the second car I have purchased from Vin and his team, and I fully expect to go to them for all of my future automobile needs. From top to bottom this dealership provides fantastic customer service. Vin and the entire team is extremely responsive and can make things happen on very tight time frames (e.g. they were able to find and secure an automobile and get it to the dealership in a 24 hour turnaround -- above and beyond). In addition, the whole experience in getting through paperwork etc. is kept very efficient and easy. Lastly, the service department has been fantastic over the past 3 years that I have been using them. Just a great place in all respects!

I have been turned down many times in the past. So I went in assuming I was just going to get another “sorry we couldnt help you”. This was the easiest and most professional car transaction I’ve ever been through. Vin was very courteous and informative on the Silverado I wanted. He had it sitting out front waiting for me. Vin and the others definitely went above and beyond to get me what I needed. I look forward to my future service visits and I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market.

I was purchasing a vehicle for my sister and was having trouble finding a car that had all the features she needed while staying within a specific budget. Vin went above and beyond and found a Jeep (outside of his Buick area but within the owned dealerships)that had all and more of the required features. Kudos to Vin.

Nice, easy transaction. I traveled over 2 hours from Long Island, NY to buy this truck. Vin was very helpful and sent a video of the truck before I made the trip. The truck was everything I expected. Vin went out of his way to help make sure the truck was serviced and ready when I got there. Paperwork was nice and simple. They were even able to handle getting NY plates for me so I didn't have to go to DMV. I would buy from again.

Purchased a Cadallic XT5. Vehicle is more then I could have wished for. TJ in sales is the best. So knowledgeable and the best sales/service and it’s still going. Due to ongoing problems with my 2005 Chevy Silverado I decided it was time to replace it with a new one. I saw a 2018 Silverado I liked at Sullivan's Northwest Hills Dealership. I made an appointment and met with Vin Kjersgaard. he had the vehicle I was looking at ready for view we talked a bit and took the vehicle for a ride. I was treated excellent by Mr. Kiersgaard answering all my questions and explaining things I wasn't aware of. We made the deal and I purchased the truck. I will pass along my positive experience with Northwest Hill and my salesman Vin Kjersgaard. Through this process I also met with Darren Schwartz who again treated me excellent explaining all my options to the financing of my new vehicle and after each option asking if I understood and had any questions before he moved on to the next part. I presented Vin with a difficult task. I had a 2016 Cruze, which I loved, but needed 4WD and 4-doors. My buy-out and the Cruze trade-in value were very far apart. I couldn't afford much more $'s for a payment. Vin made it happen! He helped me step into a 2018 Silverado Z71 4-Door with 4WD. Thanks Vin!!

Found a car that interested me. Scheduling a test drive online was easy. Salesman Vin K. Was professional, explained the features of the car, listened to what was important to us and was able too meet our need related to total cost and monthly payments. Once the decision to purchase was made, communication remained good. Taking possession and signing paperwork was painless. Vin explained operation ofbspecial features of the car, paired our phone and we were good to go. Vin called the next day to make sure we were all set. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Northwest Hills, our salesman Vin K., the gentleman who handled the purchase paperwork (forgot the name🤐) and especially my new car.
