Excellent experience purchasing our new 2024 WRX.

Excellent experience purchasing our new 2024 WRX. Lucas & Paul in sales plus Cannon in finance all teamed up to make the process smooth. Lucas specifically went above and beyond to ensure we got the right vehicle at the right price for our budget. I'm really disappointed with my recent experience.

I'm really disappointed with my recent experience. The sales representative didn't take me seriously and resorted to childish tactics, claiming there was a special offer if I came in today. It felt like a bunch of nonsense and outdated sales tricks that I genuinely can't stand. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and dealing with these kinds of car salespeople is something I deeply dislike.

My recent visit for a simple oil and filter change plus

My recent visit for a simple oil and filter change plus multi point inspection was incredibly disappointing. First, after waiting for awhile, the staff told me that I had missed my 60 K major service according to their records. I currently have 83 K miles on my 2014 Outback. and told them that was incorrect and they had performed it and I would check my own records. They wanted to charge me $1,650 for the service. I declined because I knew it had already been done. Then they told me my battery was tested and was in “Critical “ condition” . I left and decided to go to Autozone for a battery check and saw them test it and it showed VERY GOOD condition. Furthermore, the multi-point inspection should have revealed I needed new wiper blades, but it didn’t. So, I bought new Bosch wipers for my car from Autozone since I noticed rubber hanging off one of them . Bottom line is I feel like the service technicians at AutoNation are just trying to upsell you on unneeded service to make more money. In other words, LYING TO ME. Finally, I have called AutoNation twice including to the General Manager to report my experience before doing anything on line.. RESULTS……..Crickets.

I was looking for a used car and found a listing on cars.

I was looking for a used car and found a listing on cars.com. I sent a message and quickly got a call from Auto Nation Subaru Arapahoe. I spoke with Eli U and met with him at the dealership and he immediately began helping me with the used car I wanted. Eli and Auto Nation worked with me and my wife and got us into the car we wanted. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get a used car here. They treated me and my family well and made the whole buying process easy.

I went there to look at a car that was posted and I

I went there to look at a car that was posted and I scheduled a time to meet them. The car was posted at $5,999. When I arrived, the agent had to run to another lot to pick up the car and it took him 15 minutes to bring it back. Why wasn't the car there when I arrived? Then when I looked at the car it was a disaster! The interior was disgusting and in horrible shape with no notification that the car was in this bad of shape. Then the agent mentioned that it was still a good deal for $6,795 and I said that it was only listed at $5,999 and he said there was added dealer fees. I told him that was a bait and switch tactic and then he tried to sell me on other cars on the lot. I left because this was a horrible experience. Dealerships are the worst!

Overall great experience with the AutoNation Arapahoe

Overall great experience with the AutoNation Arapahoe Subaru Dealership. The staff were friendly and helpful. Todd was very knowledgable and helpful with all of our questions. He went above and beyond to even let us look at a car that had recently been traded in and was not even on the lot yet. He did not pressure us to make a decisions right away and gave us good advice with how to move forward. I'm very excited for my new Subaru Forester and would recommend this dealership to anyone!
