Nissan Quest

My experience was extremely positive, Zac rocks! Only issue I have was 8+ rate on loan with 800+ credit score, but Bob assured me that was because of the low amount financed

Low pressure sales

Silver Auto was able to answer my questions and provide me pictures without pressure. There website was full of pictures which was especially nice when I live so far away. Nice!

Wheel bearing on my Acadia

I would like to send a big THANK YOU to Chris in the Service Department. We just bought a 2012 ACADIA bought the extended warranty but it did not cover the rear hub bearing because my vehicle is front wheel drive. Chris tried to get them to cover it but they wouldn't. I even called to reason them and they told me that Chris tried they are going to pay for the repair. Silver Auto will get all my repairs because they have staff that stands up the customer. Poor Customer Serice

This place is very poor for customer service. I sent emails on vehicles I was looking at and never received a reply. I called and talked to someone who sold the car I was looking at after I had inquired about it. Also he didn't try to recommend any other cars, even though I said there were a few I was interested in. I guess going home for the day is more important than selling cars???? Go luck if you deal with this company.

Silver Auto is different in a good way

I used the price comparison tool on Cars.com. I saw that Silver Auto had a car that was way under the other dealerships. I was skeptical about going here. I thought something has to be wrong. I was in for a shock. Nothing was wrong. The car was exactly as advertised. The reason for the lower than average price? They don't haggle on price. This is both good and bad. Good cause it is already low enough that you don't feel a need to. Bad that if you wanted to you can't. The cars are already low enough so why waste time trying. Just go in see if you like the car and the price then either buy it or not. It is truly a no pressure environment. Sales staff is friendly enough. Jay did an outstanding job and was very upfront about why the car was priced the way it was. Ron In finance made it super easy for us to sign on the dotted line. Made sure the financing we wanted was exactly what we got. I saw 3 other couples walk out with cars on the same 2 hour visit. So they are doing something right.

The Most Painless Car Buying Experience Ever

My husband and I had the good luck of being able to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. I want to say this was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had. The sales representative, Mike, was helpful and outgoing throughout the entire process. He was quick to give us all information he had pertaining to the car we were looking at, and, if he didn't know the answer, was quick to do his best to find it. There was none of the badgering and BSing one generally has to deal with and we felt like we were actually able to thoroughly inspect our potential purchase. When it came to talking details it was straight to the point, no hemming and hawing, along with actual conversation. Even the fellow who drew up the final paperwork, Ron, was friendly and engaging. It was great to be treated like a person and not just another sale. Thank you very much for your time, and for making it possible to get a car I'm actually excited to own. You guys rock! I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

My experience with Silver Auto was a wonderful one thanks to Mike Carroll, I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Equus and live in Florida he made me feel comfortable of purchasing a car I never seen, he went above the call of duty and sent plenty pictures of the car to my cell phone to assure me what I was getting was and awesome vehicle...Hes and awesome and kind person to deal with. The People and Sales Group at Silver Auto Sales made Buying this Used Car a Breeze! Id been Searching for the Best deal for over a month and they Definitely Had it. Nick Manzella was the Sales Rep that helped me From step one and they had me financed in a Few Hours! I flew in From Georgia To pick this Car up...
