If I could give this place a negative review I would!!! They lied about the condition of the vehicle, hadn’t even been a month and the car has been in the shop 3 times!!! Over $600 in repairs, currently in the shop right now and will have to pay for that also! They get you with signing a paper a “as is” paper which is basically saying you get the car and they aren’t responsible for what happens to it after you drive off the lot. You should know right then that if they have to have you sign that paper you shouldn’t be getting a car from them. SCAMMERS is what these mfs are !

I had a stellar experience with this dealer. Marshall was endlessly patient and knowledgeable in dealing with my questions, credit application and test drive appointment. He even met me on his day off to make the appointment because it was the only day I could come in from out of town. I hesitated to travel so far to buy a car but knew the dealership from its years of reputation in my old neighborhood and the quality of cars they sell, so I decided to trust the salesman and come over a hundred miles to see the car. The appointment was straightforward with no pressure or games whatsoever. The car I came to see was immediately available and was immaculate and solid as a rock. Tom Leis definitely knows how to get a car ready to sell. I am over the moon with my purchase and confident that if I had a problem these guys would stand behind their product. Give them a try, you won't be sorry!

Tom was able to show us several quality vehicles on our wish list and disscuss pros and cons of each, There was no push or bait and switch we encountered at other dealerships. We will be going back for our next car for sure.

When he didnt have what we were looking for he found it for us. after the fact he didnt try and milk us for finders fees or any of that nonsense other dealers do. I have bought several cars from Tom Leis Auto Sales ever since they opened, about 30 years ago. The cars I have purchased have run great and been low maintenance and very dependable! I have always had tremendous customer service from Tom Leis and his employees, they go out of their way to get you the car that is right for you, and insure that it will be a car that lasts!!

Found vehicle on the internet, 2003 Honda Element. Contacted Marshall at Tom Leis Auto to get information about vehicle. Made an appointment to test drive on the following Saturday. After my test drive and agreed upon final purchase price, I drove it home. Purchase was for my daughter and I wanted to know I was buying a mechanically sound vehicle. Vehicle was in great condition. Very pleasant experience!
