came in without an apt., because as I was driving my son to school my TPM came on. Took it in and found I had a nail in the side wall of a tire I purchased two tire they were in srock, got the them mounted and balance and was gone in a little more than an hour

Had to take my car to be serviced. Scott Boyals helped me a lot. There was an issue and he put our family first and we will buy from them again thank you

Great service department. Service representatives are courteous and friendly. Explain what needs to be done for your service and if they discover something while performing the service they let you know and let you decide if you want to add the item to your service request. Good honest pricing. Best spot to take your Honda for service.

I had a surging issue since I purchased. Service manager refused help and hung up on me. refused to help me any further to resolve the problem. Extremely disrespectful to me on the phone, and I was completely taken by surprise he hung up on me rather than trying to find a solution. I am a woman and was treated unfairly because of not having the proper language to communicate my cars problems. Was made to feel ignorant and that was an awful feeling and to know my pilot still has no answer from them.

As always, the team at Lucas Honda is fantastic! Courteous, friendly, professional and I did not have to wait long for my alignment to be done and have me out the door. Thanks Steve, John and the guys in the garage!
