My Pilot arrived at noon after being towed. I wasnt even there but I did tell them it was coming. In about 5 hours they said it was ready for pickup.

The whole purchase was excellent. We went in just looking, but found the perfect car for us. Anna Morrow, our salesperson, was excellent. She listened to what we we were looking for and didn't try to show us anything that we didn't want. The whole process was easy, no pressure. And all the people that we interacted with were excellent.

This was an excellent experience, on time, well done and courtesy. The person that took care of me was very concern of his duty. I did feel very comfortable with this visit.
