I wish I could remember the name of the gentleman who helped me. I had a leak in one of my tires, so they were going to see if they could patch it. Instead, they set me up with all new tires (which were due me as a Lucas Platinum customer). I was on my way in less than an hour, and I was very happy with my experience.
