Starter repair

I took my 2013 Accord in for a starting problem. It needed a new starter. I fully trust the honesty and service at Lucas Honda as I have taken my Honda there for 7 years for all service. They are fast and efficient and never try to add on unneeded items. I highly recommend this service center.

Jim McDonald was great to work with. I was concerned that many of your employers were not social distancing or wearing masks. That made my wife and I uncomfortable. Also, my trade-in loan with USAA has not been paid off yet. Would appreciate it if you guys would look into that. Thanks

Advisor was great. The only problem was the wait time. I...

Advisor was great. The only problem was the wait time. I did expect with an appointment to take 2 hour to do an oil change and transmission. Also they forgot to reset to oil life back to 100%. Called my advisor and he walk me through it to reset it.

Took advantage of my mail coupons. Service representative was very much knowledgeable and did not force me to do work/repair on my vehicle that was not neccessary, suggested that it can wait off for a bit. I will like to take more advantage of mail coupons or what I was told, soon to be email coupons that will be sent out. Thank you Lucas Honda!
