Excellent service
I went to leave house for service, dead battery and car in garage. Would not come out of park called Lucas service, they had a technician walk me through process. Pushed car out and jumped started it and went to dealer for a new battery using Lucas Platinum service plan.

Very pleased with this service experience
I took a 2017 Ridgeline in for its 30K servicing and for detailing. The customer service person was efficient and quickly took care of my work order and my vehicle loaner. After service, of course I could not see many of the 30K services (filters, etc.), but what I could see, the detailing, was superb. The truck was immaculate inside, and the exterior gleamed. I am very pleased with the results.

Great job as always! We renewed the service plan for the next 60k miles and are extremely happy with the incredible customer service. They are all professional and run a tight ship. Specifically, we can’t say enough about STEVE!! He works hard, returns communications quickly, gets you in and out smoothly, checks that you are getting the services needed, etc etc etc!!! He is the reason we got the plan again. He absolutely provides the best service we have ever experienced!!

I had a 1st time experience at this dealership...
I had a 1st time experience at this dealership today. When I arrived, I opened the conversation with asking them to run my credit and see their numbers to purchase a CRV Touring AWD. I know I'm a well qualified buyer and am going to purchase this week but when I would not commit to them earning my business today in the first 30 seconds of conversion without even seeing the numbers and me telling them I had one other dealership to visit, they flat out told me they will not run the numbers and they want their dealership to be my last stop. I was astonished that a dealership would not want to even try and earn my business, if the numbers were better than the ones I already received from other dealerships I would have committed. Sorry to see a dealership take this kind of stance, very disappointing.
