I bought the car new from Lucas Honda. I have always had them do the scheduled maintenance and have always been completely satisfied. This visit was the 60,000 miles service which takes several hours so they provided me with a courtesy car. Great people.

As always the service on my 2012 Honda went smoothly. I call for an appointment, the car is gone over by people in the know while I wait, have a coffee and read my book. When I leave I know everything is okay and I drive away in a freshly washed car too!

I have never had any problem scheduling routine service. Everyone is courteous. I usually stay on-site in the waiting area for my vehicle as service is quick and the facility is clean.
