LOVING MY EXPERIENCE!

I went in for an oil change and an extra key. Checking out, I was told since I only received one key when I bought the car, the extra would be free. Since it was a key fob, it saved me a good amount of money. Am loving my experience with Lucas Honda!

Service department personnel accommodate customer appointment requirements, and always greet and welcome you. Explain all services and never pressure you to buy additional services and complete the service when promised.

Service

I purchased my first Ridgeline in 2005 from Lucas Honda and recently traded it in for a new 2019 Ridgeline both times the customer service was out standing. If you could give Scott Adams a gold medal for his friendly, honest and superb customer service he deserves one.

Trust and quality sums it up.

Alignment started shaking after I hit something in the road. I knew I needed tires. Took our 2004 Honda for alignment and checkup.. Mauricio was able to get us 4 new Toyo tires, new battery, leaking valve gasket replaced, oil change, alignment, and new rim. Our confidence with this service department is outstanding crew. The cost for all was less than a new car payment. Thanks to Mauricio and the complete service department. This team helped me a month ago with troubleshooting brake system after a local tire store replaced warranty brakes. Results was low quality parts and wanted more by saying parts were damaged and wanted over $2000 to fix other items. Took care to Honda for inspection. We still had problems with the brakes. It took a while but the Honda service team got that situation corrected. Brake problem was related to the replaced parts and workmanship by local tire store. Lesson learned, it's better to stick with Honda parts and quality knowledge and experience.

Repair service

I trust and respect this dealership. My family and I have been customers for 24+ years and have brought in other friends and family because of the care we’ve always been given. This is an extraordinary dealership with top-notch service and sales. We are very much at home with John Keene, Pam and Steven in service. They are the backbone of the location and we are extremely satisfied with our treatment and the way our car is cared for. We intend to be loyal customers to Lucas Honda for many years to come.

Retraction

After initial visit the dealership fixed all items in question. The dealership fixed the things in question with new parts. In retrospect what my daughter told me may not have been accurate.

Service? Great and enjoyable.

I literally had to be called twice at the end of my vehicle service. I was enjoying the wifi, coffee and ambiance. Can't wait for another oil change.
