This is the best Service we've ever had!! TOJ started with an excellent salesman, Billy, who made this purchase a pleasant and wonderful experience. He exceeded our expectations in customer service and did a lot of little things to make this very enjoyable. My family and I are delighted with the customer service, the quality and reliable Civic, and service professionals who work in the service department; Scott, Pam, & Steve. I'd also like to thank James in the Honda Finance Department who really made the financial process stressfree and easy to do by explaning everything and highlight areas to intial and sign. This literally is one stop shopping and a complete solution. Honda is our home away from home and we love the environment and the friendly greetings and smiles. Pam in Service got me hooked on a Civic when she gave me one as a loaner car last year.
