Great Customer Service

I came in looking to purchase a car in the future and met with John Cray. He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to car. Very patient with me because I'm just starting out looking for another vehicle.

Excellent/trustworthy salesman

I recently purchased my third vehicle from Dale Earnhart GMC and specifically from Paul Fannon, a member of their sales staff (new and used). He is extremely professional, honest and trustworthy. He goes above and beyond to ensure the customer service is top notch. The dealership overall is exceptional! But Paul is the reason I will continue to be a life long customer.

Repair Satisfaction

I purchased a Demo 2019 GMC Yukon XL from a dealership in Orlando and requested to have a couple of things taken care of before we left to come home. They were not addressed but when I called Dale Earnhardt GMC closer to where we live, they scheduled us an appointment, received my parts that needed to be replaced and handled everything above and beyond to make us happy! Very professional!! Thank you so much to the excellent staff in the parts department, accessories and detailing. Y’all are AWESOME 👏🏻
