Tom Gray did not accept responsibility for an engine that needed immediate repairs upon sale. Do not trust them. Bring a mechanic with you. I would never recommend Tom Gray Motorsports

Lied about price. Said 7k on their website then they changed it to 10k. Do not use them. They will steal your money.

DISHONEST AND DECEPTIVE I bought a used car from Tom Gray and was flat-out misled by Kelly and Megan. Before purchasing, I noticed fluid in the engine bay and asked about it. I was told it was just residue from replacing the water pump (also turned out to be a lie) — no big deal, nothing to worry about. Based on that, I went through with the sale. Less than two weeks later, the car started leaking coolant. A certified mechanic diagnosed a leaking radiator and a damaged hose — both of which need to be replaced. This wasn’t some new problem. It clearly existed at the time of sale and was deliberately covered up. Or maybe because I am a young female. When I contacted Tom Gray to make it right, they hid behind the “as is” clause and took no responsibility whatsoever. “As is” does NOT give you the right to mislead customers or lie about known issues. That’s not just bad business — it’s unethical and illegal. I trusted this place and got burned. Do yourself a favor: take your business elsewhere. If you absolutely have to buy from here, get everything inspected independently, and don’t believe a word they say without proof.

Where do I began..I was intetested in the Silver 2016Range Rover Hse is beautiful and could be a great car..Was told to get the warranty now we know why..They failed to mention that the Supercharge was going out and that's why it ws a trade to begin with which will cost a 4000. to fix.. Thank Goodness we f ound out before the day of the purchase. Barrett Brown was rude and cocky abt it, so who ever goes PLEASE do your Homwwork, because they are not gonna tell you anything that you really need to know..

The dealership did absolutely nothing to aid me in any way when I inquired about a vehicle. I was sent a terse message specific to their address after asking a question about a specific car. Clearly the inquiry was not important to them. Good day.

Tom Gray Auto sells deals in only high grade used cars. I sold my Ford Explorer eight months ago and was searching for a quality used car. I took my time, did research from car dealerships to private sells. Even Honda world, Toyota, Kia, and many more. If you go looking at the dealership, they all have high milage, interior and exterior problems and not even close to the quality of used cars Tom Gray Auto sells has. Yes, Tom Gray is a retailer and I for one was in retail for many years and let me tell you, the customer is not always right. He had one of his team members (very nice and professional) come and get me to my residence, drive me to my financial institution and made the process very quick and easy. Took less than five minutes. There was vehicle I wish I did not pass up on in his lot, but the one I chose makes up for it. If you see one you want, you had better go the next day, if not someone else will. For your information, get a personal loan to buy one of his cars because I believe anything under 2015 will not qualify for traditional car loan. It is best to do this instead of buying a piece of junk. I went to one in Sellersburg and started up the car, the engine light came on and started leaking oil. The car salesmen said, “let me check that out and get back with you.” He called and said it needed a new engine. Tom Gray is excellence in knowing cars. Did you hear on the news about all the EV in Chicago would not take a charge and leave the buyers stranded. Of course not. They don’t want you to know.

Went in with a specific car in mind and left with it! Negotiations were reasonable and the inventory quality was great! Quick and efficient process and great sales personnel to work with.
