Great salesmanship, good trade-in value!!
There was no stress, associates pushing me to buy and overall was a good experience. However, I feel at the end of the month, you should have 2 finance managers, as I was third in line and waited 2.5 hours to be seen. I traded in a 2011 Kia Forte and was very happy with the trade in value.

I like how helpful and polite the check in process is. I am not happy that I purchased a mantenance package and I still have oil changes left and I can't use them because it was only good until a certain date.
